I am the Multimedia Production Specialist for Western Psychological Services (WPS), a leading independent publisher of educational and psychological assessments and related intervention resources for autism, speech and language, school psychology, and occupational therapy. My responsibilities include helping the Marketing Team plan, coordinate, and create multimedia content while overseeing the creation of digital, print, video, and audio marketing assets throughout the production cycle, as well as ensuring that all project links and files are input into the proper tracking channels and that all stakeholders are updated. Additionally, my role works with vendors for video,

social media content creation and templating, and other initiatives such as website maintenance,

SEO optimization, copy editing, and overseeing brand adherence. I am also responsible for training

other team members in the production process.

Before coming to WPS, I worked as the Marketing Coordinator of the Orange County Business Journal– where I designed promotional materials for eight annual corporate events, weekly print and web advertisements,
sales flyers following our editorial calendar, and presentation decks. I also maintained OCBJ’s social media presence, helped in video editing and photo retouching, and created our webinar landing pages
and audience hubs for virtual events.

Before that, my experience included working as a graphic designer for Ampronix, Inc., a manufacturer and repair company of medical imaging technology solutions, and interning for two companies, one as a Graphic Designer/Assist. Event Coordinator at Michael Kingsbury Marketing (MKM), an organization that threw beer and wine charity festivals, the other as a Moderator/Listener providing anonymous, online, on-demand
emotional health and well-being services called 7 Cups of Tea.

By learning the essentials in illustrating marketing concepts, I’ve grown as a multi-faceted
individual and expanded my professional skillset.

I received my BA in Psychology and a Minor in Technology, Arts, and Media from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
